We reserve the right to reject any order without the obligation to assign any reason for doing so. No order shall be deemed accepted until a confirmation has been sent to you by us.

The order confirmation will contain details of your order, price and an estimated delivery time. We will make all efforts to ensure that your order is delivered to you within the estimated time given by us. We, however, do not accept any liability for failure to deliver within that time.

The responsibility of contacting us in case of an error or mistake rests solely with you.

The delivery address of your purchase will be as shown on the order confirmation email and your account with us on Story For Me.

Your orders will be processed from Sunday to Thursday. Orders placed on Friday & Saturday will be processed the following business day. We will not be processing or shipping orders on Weekends and UAE public holidays.

Our dedicated logistics company will visit your given postal address twice. In some extremely rare cases, the company may come back a third time. But that is unlikely to happen too often!

Please do ensure that the address given by you is correct and has all necessary landmarks clearly mentioned. If delivery is refused or returned due to a faulty address, you will be charged a return fee.

For some reason if you are not in town or are unable to take calls while your delivery has arrived, our shipping partner will try and contact you twice. If they are unable to reach you, we will not be able to hold the package for more than two weeks. After the two week holding period your package will be destroyed.

We do understand that sometimes one is unable to take calls. In order to avoid back and forth of with the shipping partner, we suggest communicating with them via messages or phone calls to make sure that they (shipping partner) are made aware of your status and your package reaches you in good time.

All prices on the website are in Emirati Dirham and are exclusive of shipping charges. You may view the amount in your local currency from the list provided by us on the site. However, Visa and Master Card in AED will be accepted for payment. This will be done by our payment gateway providers at the time of placing your order.

An order will not be considered complete and accepted by us unless the payment is made in full.

Customers using the website who are minor/ under the age of 18 shall not register as a user of the website and shall not transact on or use the website. Card holders must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his/her account.

There are no refunds granted on any order placed with us, as they are customized and are made to order.

If you receive a damaged book/s, if pages are falling apart, a wrong book has been sent to the wrong address or there is a printing defect, please send us a picture and an email (info@storyforme.me) explaining the damage. This needs to be done within 48 hours of receiving the package.

The decision to replace a book/s is at the discretion of Story For Me FZC, in which case we will replace the book for free.

However, if the book has been slightly bent while in transit, we will not be able to replace the book for you free of cost.

All promotions on Story for Me FZC will have a stipulated time period offering value to the user. Promotions can be in the form of discounts or buy one get one free or any other marketing related offer. Some offers can be redeemed without any restriction but will have a validity period. However a registration offer can be availed only once and must be redeemed within 30 days of issue.

Story For Me FZC shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect or consequential loss or damage which might arise from your use of our site. We will also not be liable for your inability to use the website.

You agree that your use of and browsing of the site and the use of site content are at your own risk.

Picture Requirement Details: Please send a high resolution, bright picture (300dpi) that is up to 1MB in size. If a picture is not clear and appears pixelated, Story For Me is not liable for any such error in print.

Color Disclaimer: We have made every effort to make the colours and finishes on screen as close as possible to the colours and finishes of your order. However, we cannot guarantee an exact match in colours, finish or the image in the book. The representation of colours, gloss levels, metallic pigment effects and textures are limited by technology and may vary due to screen and printer settings.
